Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and accessories. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items include customized products, used items, and items damaged due to misuse.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days. We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate. Evidence such as photos may be required.
After approval, return instructions will be provided. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is caused by us.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
